Josue Ramirez
Josue is a construction project supervisor with over a decade of construction experience. He began his career doing hands-on construction work and has a deep understanding of the industry. Josue is skilled in floor and carpet installation and all interior renovations, such as framing and drywall. He is known for leading with integrity and honesty. Josue takes pride in doing high-quality work and providing great customer service. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym, and spending time with his family. He also takes pride in his skills on the grill.
Adriana Duque
Introducing Adriana Duque, the heart of TEG and our all-star office manager. Adriana has a wide range of admin experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as the primary office admin for a large pool construction company here in South Florida. At TEG, she maintains the CRM, oversees daily operations, and ensures that all aspects of ongoing projects are being effectively managed throughout each stage of development. Her drive, empathy, and ability to effectively multitask allow her to act as the center of a large web, connecting employees, executives, clients, and contractors while maintaining a professional decorum throughout any engagement.
DARYA ROBINSON
Bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in operations, human resources, and strategic planning. Known for her results-driven approach, Darya excels in streamlining operations, driving business growth, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Darya’s career is marked by her success in leading operational initiatives, developing strategic plans, and maintaining strong relationships with staff and stakeholders. She has a proven track record in effective recruiting, policy development, and managing payroll and benefits, all while supporting organizational objectives. JONATHAN TETREAULT
Jonathan Tetreault is an Accounts Manager at TEG Construction, bringing a blend of finance, sales, and client management expertise. Before TEG Construction, Jonathan had a career in the automotive industry as a Finance Manager, where he excelled in managing customer financing, securing loans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Jonathan’s skills in cash flow management and customer service significantly boosted dealership profitability and satisfaction. In a subsequent role as a Sales Associate, Jonathan’s exceptional communication and negotiation abilities helped customers select and purchase vehicles, contributing to sales goals and building lasting relationships. His analytical and creative expertise, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Media Art from the Art Institutes, enables him to improve client communications and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.
KIMBERLY TEATREAULT
Kimberly, with over a decade of administrative and management experience, is the Executive Assistant to Aron Fischman, CEO of TEG Construction. Known for her quick learning and effective communication, Kimberly brings strong operational skills to her role. Previously, she served as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at Coral Springs Auto Mall, where she supported the leadership team, implemented cost-saving vendor agreements, supervised maintenance, and ensured excellent customer service. She holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from ITT Technical Institute and a Hospitality and Tourism Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University.
LEVANA AMADOR
A recent graduate from Florida Atlantic University with Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Economics, she brings a unique blend of analytical skills and creative flair to the team. Her passion for fashion was showcased through her role as a marketing and styling assistant at a student-run fashion magazine. Outside the professional realm, she enjoys spending time with her pet dog and pet snake.
